Meredith studies how emerging technologies reshape human awareness, attention, and decision-making. Her work focuses on the convergence of AI, wearables, and the human nervous system, and why embodied intelligence is central to ethical technology design.
She began her career during the early internet era, selling digital media at AOL Netfind and later working as a research analyst at Jupiter Media Metrix in Manhattan, studying digital adoption, attention economics, and online behavior.
Meredith led a $30M digital division at The Sharper Image and has publicly challenged industry practices around digital measurement and accountability.
In parallel with her tech career, Meredith spent decades immersed in somatic practice, completing over 10,000 hours of training in anatomy, yoga, and somatics. This embodied training informs how she analyzes technology.
She is the originator of Digital Proprioception, a framework describing how technology can support human orientation in cognitive space, similar to how proprioception supports physical movement.
Her martial arts practice informs her understanding of embodiment, not only by what systems can do, but by how they affect human perception, regulation, and presence.

Her talks explore how AI moving off screens and onto the body represents a fundamental shift in human–technology interaction, one that requires designers, leaders, and policymakers to account for nervous-system realities.

She examines technology through firsthand research and use of AI wearables, including memory and context-aware devices now entering mainstream platforms.
