    This site is run by Human First Media, owned by Meredith Medland. We are based in California, USA, and work with clients in the US and Europe.

    We collect as little as we can, and we never sell personal data.

    What we collect

    • Your name and email when you subscribe, send a message, request a booking, or sign up for a guide or group.
    • Anything else you choose to type into a form, such as your company or a note about what you need.
    • Sign-in details for the admin login, used only by the site team.
    • Basic counts of which links people click, such as newsletter and LagreeAI.com links. These counts are not tied to your name.

    How we use it

    We use your details to reply to you, send what you asked for, run sessions you book, and send the newsletter if you subscribed. Click counts help us see which pages are useful.

    Who receives it

    A small number of services help run the site. Each one only gets what it needs to do its job.

    • Lovable Cloud hosts the site and stores form messages and sign-in details.
    • Springboard CRM runs the newsletter signup and the Pick My Brain checkout.
    • Substack hosts the newsletter if you follow the link there.
    • YouTube serves the videos embedded on some pages.
    • Google Fonts serves the typefaces the site uses.

    Links to LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other sites take you to their own privacy rules.

    Cookies and local storage

    We do not use advertising cookies. The site stores a sign-in session for admin users and remembers when you have unlocked a free guide, so you do not have to enter your email again. Embedded YouTube videos and the Springboard signup form can set their own cookies when you use them.

    Your choices

    You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any newsletter. To see, correct or delete your data, send a request through our contact form and we will take care of it.

    California residents (CCPA)

    You have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to delete it, and to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

    People in Europe (GDPR)

    We process your data because you asked us to, such as replying to a message, or because you agreed, such as subscribing. You can ask to access, correct, delete or move your data, or object to how we use it. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

    How long we keep it

    We keep form messages and subscriber details for as long as they are useful to the relationship, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

    When this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
